An Iconic Project

Chopper@LARGE

This large sculpture stands over thirteen feet tall. It has appeared in parades and has been rented for openings and events.

“Chopper@LARGE” by Ron Finch. Large sculpture – Completed in 2012.

The attention-grabbing piece is a giant representation of a motorcycle. Ron Finch made the sculpture so it can be pulled on a trailer for parades and shows or parked to advertise an opening or event. Finch created the piece from found and fabricated metal. He welded and metal finished it and had some of the pieces sandblasted and powder coated. Of course, he custom painted it. The motorcycle sculpture has ape-hanger handlebars and is meticulously detailed to affectionally represent a functioning custom chopper.
